About Project
Our Client, Rogers Communications Inc. is a Canadian communications and media company. It operates particularly in the field of wireless communications, cable television, telephone, and Internet connectivity with significant additional telecommunications and mass media assets. They approached Ironlogic to create a new digital platform for the rogers oasys platform. As of now a rogers direct employee has to call an agent to buy a device. With this project, they propose to create a website which is user friendly where a user can easily go and buy and device without any hassle.
Goal
Develop a web-portal where users can buy a rogers direct device directly without loosing any experience they have right now with a customer care agent.

Week 1 - Initial meetng

Week 2 - Understanding users using User interviews, Competitive analysis, User personas and Creating Wireframe.

Week 3 - Testing the wireframes and low fi prototypes with Users and obtain feedback from them. And creating UI get approved and provide to developers.

Decision to buy a device might change based on mood of customer care agent response.

In a web-portal, they expect to view/edit all stuffs including plans, device, accessories. They need options to juggle though different plans/devices other than once select is selected model.
